2:1 Mixing Ratio by Volume Proudly 100% Australian-owned and manufactured, our epoxy resin offers the best quality and value on the market. This versatile resin is ideal for a range of applications, from small jewelry pieces to deep-pour river tables. For river tables, limit each pour to a maximum depth of 20mm, while smaller castings such as pyramids can go up to 50mm per pour. It’s also suitable for coating but not recommended for beach scene effects, waves, cells, or similar designs due to its low-viscosity nature. Smaller items may require approximately three days to cure, whereas larger items tend to cure slightly faster. Mixing quantity (the more you mix, the fast it cures and vice versa) Room Temperature (higher room temperature will speed up the curing) Mixing ratio: 2:1 (2 Parts A and 1 Part B) Application temperature: Wide temperature range through summer to winter Pot life: 2-4 hours (Data based on 100ml mixing; 20 degree C room temperature). Please pour this product into mould as soon as possible, to avoid bubbling. Time to reach non-tacky: 10-30 hrs Depending on the room temperature (Data based on 100ml mixing) Time to reach full cure: 48 hrs (Data based on 100ml mixing) Compatibility: Binding to metal, inorganic materials including cement; stone, natural materials including wood; particle board, most plastics except polyethylene, polypropylene, EPDM.
